It is funny that you should comment on my blog site and not directly to me. I had written a blog describing our little difference of opinion and then had second thoughts and did not publish it. Madam, I was not rude, I was giving you the straight facts. I was actually sugar coating it in order to not hurt your feelings. Your dog was in a very neglected state. I was only informing you that it was not possible to do anything but shave the poor thing down to the skin. Heck, you brought it in wrapped in a towel because you didn’t even want to touch it. We took the dog back to see if we could get the clippers to go through such a matted, dirty coat. When your dog tried to bite and attack us, we decided that it would be best for your dog to have the grooming done at a veterinarians office. That way the dog could be treated right away if he got hurt from the grooming process. It is hard enough to clip a dog that closely because of the matting, but your poor dog had burrs and foxtail along with the matted hair. When these things are in the dogs face and groin, like on your dog, it is very painful for them and sometime sedation is required. We do not sedate dogs at The Paw Spa. I am sorry you thought that my suggesting that the dog be taken to the vet for treatment was rude. I thought it was in the best interest of the dog. As for my groomer being dirty, we are working with dogs. We are scrubbing their hind ends and picking tick and dipping for fleas. I am sorry that we don’t wear our Sunday finest. And as for her being older than your great grandmother, now who’s being rude?
I was just in the paw spa and was treated very poorly You need to work on your customer service skills your really rude.I will never come back after you bad mouthed my dog and implied I didnt take care of my him.I hope you dont treat all your customers this way.You should be put out of business with that attitude you have towards animals and people.I am truly surprised your still in operation. Also the groomer looked like she has not had a bath for weeks and is older then my great grandma,So please next time you want to bad mouth another person and there dog think twice on who your doing it too.
