My son and I are building a rocket ship. We decided while I was swinging him at the park. I've got to say, this is going to be a pretty cool rocket ship. We decided we would have two fountains - close to each other - one for him and one for me. There would also be a swimming pool, four beds and one doggie basket for Buster. Several days later, Luke asked me when we would start building the rocket ship - he wanted to start collecting sticks. I explained that it may be difficult to build it with sticks, but that we could build it with our imagination. That did not seem to satisfy him, so we settled on drawing on paper first and put off building plans for a while. After we included everything including a trampoline (a new addition), Luke said, "It's almost perfect!" "What would make it perfect?" I asked. Long pause, and then.... "I know! I know! Costumes!" "How could we forget," I said. So our rocket ship now includes two fountains, a swimming pool, four beds, one doggie basket, a trampoline, and really cool Spider Man, Bat Man, and Cinderella costumes. Guess which one he picked for me?! |
