This is an election of historic proportions. The diversity of the candidates combined with the issues facing our country make this election particularly intriguing for American voters and, let’s not forget, soon-to-be voters. After all, just because they’re not old enough to vote doesn’t mean that kids aren’t interested in the election. But for parents, talking about politics with your kids is about as taboo as talking about the birds and the bees. It’s complicated and can be difficult to explain especially when the electoral process is confusing for many adults. So my question is, how do you bring up the subject? Are your political preferences different from your kids? What methods have you taken to make the political process relevant? I would love to hear from you!! 1 CommentsLeave a comment |
Paige, I am new to this area. Would you be willing to give me the name of the person & shop where you get your hair cut? Thanks Nancy Baker
