He’s the best daddy in the world. He’s always willing to build the fort or have the water gun fight while I’m preoccupied with staying clean and staying dry. A few nights ago, he made our garage door a drive-in movie theater. The kids ate popcorn and sat on an old futon found in the garage. It was cold outside, so they enjoyed snuggling under some blankets while watching “Spy Kids”. You see, my husband understands that a little inconvenience is a small price to pay for making a memory. Sure it’s messy and inconvenient – but, I guess that’s pretty much defines parenting if you think about it. 1 CommentsLeave a comment |
