A Tree of Hope

Thank you to Loews Ventanna Canyon Resort for inviting me back to their beautiful resort to take part in their annual tree lighting celebration. This year proceeds were donated to New Beginnings, a program that helps single mothers get back on their feet. We were fortunate enough to have a wonderful family with 4 beautiful girls to help me light the tree. When the time came we counted to three waved a magic wand and the lights came on. It was spectacular and I also want to thank all of the children in the chorus who sang for us. Each of you did an amazing job. Also thank you to my husband Brett for joining me for this event. HAPPY BIRTHDAY JAIDEN & CODY!

I do a lot of events as Mrs. Arizona but some of the most important ones are those that do not involve any sort of publicity. My niece Jaiden and nephew Cody both celebrated their birthdays this weekend. Jaiden turning 5 and Cody 4 we turned up the energy at Bounce U. All 20 children including my teenagers had a blast and yes you guessed it I hit the slides as well. This beauty queen even challenged her sister to a boxing match with oversized gloves in the bounce arena. After 2 hours of playing we had cake and opened presents in typical birthday fashion.
