American Red Cross Event, Notre Dame Club Meeting, Fashion Show, and a Ballroom Dance Contest!

Wow, what an amazing week! I attended the American Red Cross "Save a Life for Families" event at the DoubleTree Hotel in Tucson. Parents and kids received valuable tools and information for keeping their families safe, such as DNA Child Safety kits, how to call the poison control hotline, how to escape a house fire, and how to avoid dog bites. Thank you to all the local sponsors for a successful event.

It was an honor to speak to the Notre Dame Alumni Club of Tucson about my platform Breast Cancer Awareness and the Susan G. Komen For the Cure Foundation, The National Anthem Project, and the Mrs. America/ Mrs. World Organization. Thank you so much to my friend Joan and her dad John for inviting me to speak.

The next day Mrs. AZ 2007 Tracy Elliot, Mrs. AZ 2000 Rosalie Michaels, and I modeled in Debbie Gaby's Catwalk for Charity luncheon and fashion show at the Arizona Biltmore Resort in Phoenix. The event raised funds for Phoenix Children's Hospital, Save the Family, and Sojourner Center. Thank you so much to Debbie Gaby, Mrs. AZ Executive Director Diane Ritter, and Mrs. AZ 2002 Debbie Castaldo for your hard work and dedication.

My mom, Grandma, and I attended the "Dine Under the Stars" event in Sierra Vista, Arizona. Miss Sierra Vista 2007 Maggie Giuffrida and I enjoyed judging the Ballroom Dance Contest. The funds raised from the event will help further community based higher education through the enhancement and expansion of the University of Arizona South Campus. Thank you Sierra Vista for making the event a smashing success!
