Please don't wake me up from this dream!!!!
Our time here continues to be incredibly special and I am making so many new friends and getting to know so many wonderful people. I have been able to spend time with Mrs. Maryland and she is a doll. Last night at rehearsals I also got to know Mrs. Colorado and I love her too!
Today, we had a fabulous day at Old Tucson Studios and the Desert Museum. As soon as we arrived they asked for 8 dancers and I immediately volunteered! We dressed as Can-Can girls and learned a fun dance routine in a half hour. Then we danced for the Mrs. America staff, producers, and the contestants.
We got a standing ovation! We had a blast! It is really a unique opportunity to see your home town as a visitor. I am so proud of Tucson! Our tour finished with a trip to the Desert Museum. It was so fun to see otters, prairie dogs, and deer. It was so fun to be outside enjoying the beautiful Tucson weather. Looking forward to this evening's dance rehearsal!

Diane , you deserve this wonderful event and all the fun and friendships that come with it. We are very very proud of our MRS ARIZONA and I bet all the women adore you just like we do.

I remember going to Old Tucson years ago with you!That is so awesome that you got to do the can-can dance!It sounds like all those years of dance lessons are paying off! Ok, I have one request that you get a picture with Fritt and Fratt. The names just leave me wondering who these guys are! They sound like they are making the dance rehearsals so much fun for all the contestants!
