Serafin Fish Tacos at Fish City

fish.gifAh. What can I tell you? The Fish City Fish Tacos are the best anywhere. I dream of them. I fantasize of splitting a plate with my friends. They have several locations, but the Preston Royal location seems to have the best tacos. We change 'em a bit and order them with blackened tilapia.....YUM!
