Gulf moisture has been streaming into Southeast Texas since Monday while a cold front has been slowly advancing across Texas. That's when a cold front pushed the remnants of the storm out of Texas with one last flood-inducing downpour. Since then, we've had three cold fronts push across the state, but only todays brought any rain. While many needed the rain to revive lawns and plants; those with blue tarps on their roofs could have done without it. The good news is ... |
