No Telescope Needed

The International Space Station will make several passes over the Houston night sky the next few evenings. Because of its position toward the sun, it will be very bright and visible without the aid of a telescope. Not even nighttime "light pollution" will keep most of us from seeing it. However, it is only visible for a few short minutes each night. Here's the schedule:

Tonight 5/21 - 9:38 am look in the west-southwest sky
Tomorrow 5/22 - 5:39 am look in the west-northwest sky
Thursday 5/23 - 4:27 am look in the north-northwest sky
- 8:47 pm look in the west-southwest sky
