Today, I woke up with so much hope. This hope came from the many wonderful emails and phone calls I received after the segment last night. Thank you to everyone who called and emailed. Please continue to keep me and so many others in the same situation in your thoughts and prayers.

I have an interview on Monday and hopeful more to come. The position is in sales and this is something I haven't done but I am willing to learn.

My journey to enhance my skills will continue, I am working toward a Human Resources Management Certificate and also taking some on-line courses. This will allow me to market myself in a different directions. My passion has always been retail, but in this economy I need to seek a new direction.

I sent out two resumes today and hopefully someone from these companies saw the segment on WFAA and will give me an opportunity for an interview. As I wait, my hope has increased because I know I live in a environment where people really care and are willing to help a complete stranger. Again, I say thank you to WFAA and Monika Diaz and to all who reached out to me.

I just read your story and God put this on my heart last night before I wend to bed. "God has not forgot about you" and I just thought I should let you know "God has not forgot about you and your situation." It may seem like your back is up against the wall but God already has plans for you so keep your faith and he will work it out.
