Express is looking for a part-time Junior Recruiter.
The job provides an opportunity to grow with a Staffing Company, get practical HR experience, and excellent training.

Responsibilities of the position are to completely understand each new and existing job order, pre-screen candidates, and schedule interviews from both incoming and outgoing calls.
Secondary responsibilities include phone backup, assistance in the selection process, and business development.

Candidates must be computer literate, quick learners who possess strong customer service skills, and a desire to help people find jobs.

The Junior Recruiter position is needed 7:45am-12:45pm, Monday-Friday.
Pay is $10/hour.
