Wednesday, October 7, 2009:

DISH restaurant will be a modern day comfort food restaurant and lounge in Dallas, created by the same man who opened Obar and Lift Lounge.
Dish opens at Cedar Springs and Douglas at the end of October.

The restaurant is currently looking to fill 60 positions: waitstaff, cocktails, bartenders, hosts, cooks, stewards, food runners, sous chef, assistant managers.

A casting call is scheduled for October 7-8, noon-8pm at the ilume leasing office:
4123 Cedar Springs Rd.

Some prior restaurant experience is preferred.

Candidates should attend the casting call.
