Bank of America is a large financial institution with 5,800 retail banking offices.

The company is hiring Part-Time Telephone Sales Associates in Addison.

This is an entry-level position that receives and/or places telephone calls which are basic and routine.
Workers use a computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.

Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills, effective persuasion skills, the ability to work effectively in a multi-task, high-volume environment, and be self-motivated.

Sales experience and previous customer contact experience is recommended.
Workers should have knowledge of the marketing field.
Bilingual (English and Spanish) candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

Work Schedule: Mon-Thur, 5pm-10pm, with 2 Fridays and Saturdays per month from 9am-1pm.
Position starts October 13.
