Con-Real, LP is a construction and real estate company in Arlington.

The company is looking for a full-time Director of Business Development.

The position is responsible for proposing and assisting the firm with developing and implementing selected sales initiatives.
This is a selling position.
Compensation includes a base salary plus commission.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Real Estate, Construction, or other related field.
Applicants must also show a proven track record of 3-5 years progressive business development experience in commercial construction and real estate sales.

Con-Real is also looking for a Sr. Project Accountant.
Candidates must have a BS in Accounting, and be proficient in using computerized software packages including Timberline.

3-4 years construction accounting experience is also required for the Sr. Project Accountant position.
