The company is looking for Collectors in Fort Worth and Plano.
Responsibilities include collections, customer servicing, and loss mitigation or recovery activities.

The position contacts customers who are delinquent, charged-off, or high-risk, in order to secure payments.
Collectors will work with customers to establish repayment plans or settlements.

Candidates should have previous customer service experience, excellent communication skills, the ability to discuss personal and financial difficulties, and have strong computer skills.
