Adventure Boot Camp, Day 4

forum.jpgJust when I thought I was getting stronger.....leg day arrives. WOW -- today really felt like boot camp: lunges, wall sits, squats, high knees, glute work, pushups, running, ab work. I never thought the hour would end. I don't wear a watch tp my boot camp sessions because I am certain that is all I would be able to focus on: when will this hour end!

The ab move we did today, I have never seen. Basically you put tubing around your ankles, lay on your back, put your legs in the air and do a basic crunch while you extend your legs to the side. HARD! I love my instructor though...she calls this move "fun"....I called those little bands/tubing torture devices though!

Major back issues today....there are just some moves I can't do at all yet. I really hope that I will be able to do these by the time boot camp ends. I'll let you know!
