05/11/09, Dallas, TX- Friday night at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, local multifamily builder Tonti Properties' new development La Valencia at Starwood was named the "Green Multifamily Project of the Year" by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). The national award was presented at a gala dinner during the weekend long NAHB National Green Building Conference. T. Boone Pickens was the event's keynote speaker.
