I think we are the only shopping center in town recycling everything! Our restaurant (Aurora) started this project by getting all the tenants to sign a petition requesting the landlord provide recycling bins since neither the city of Dallas nor Highland Park (where we are) provide commerical recycling services. Between three restaurants in this small strip center, we throw away "tons" of glass wine and water bottles alone.
