The Great State Fair of Texas will open its three-week-run at the end of this month, and there's already a buzz about the latest and greatest deep-fried delicacy.

The Third Annual Big Tex Awards named Texas fried cookie dough the Best Tasting creation, this year. The Most Creative concoction award went to the Fried Latte. Yes... Latte!

Between now and September 28th, I'm cutting my daily calorie intake so that when the Fair opens, I can have (at least) one of these things.
