Crazy, wild, partying starlet is about to turn 21... the LEGAL age to get drunk.
('Course, she's a pro at this already.)
VODKA company pledges a six-figure deal to sponsor her company.
(GREAT idea!)
Then... crazy, wild, partying st...

NBC's Matt Lauer didn't learn his lesson from interviewing New Jersey Gov. Jon Corzine about the governor's near-fatal car crash while riding without wearing a safety belt.
A few weeks after that chat, there was Lauer on "Today" on Wednesday, sitting in the back of a moving sport utility vehicle while interviewing Republican presidential contender Mitt Romney. Both men were unbuckled. (DOH!)

LOS ANGELES - Paula Abdul broke her nose over the weekend after she fell while trying to avoid stepping on her Chihuahua, her publicist said Monday.

You know that thing about 'glass houses'?

I remember the height of the Cola Wars, and the way the brands went after one another were pretty funny. And clever. Now, the beverage industry is so watered down, it's hard to tell who's who anymore, right? Okay, enough rambling. The latest battle getting attention is the Tabloids War. At the center of it is "Us Weekly" and its section devoted to exposing competitors who make up the news.

My favorite store is my Super-Target. That's pronounced "Tar-zhay" thank you very much. I know that says a lot about me, but alas, it's true. Target has awesome registries for babies and brides, and it's always had very cute, affordable clothes. Now, it's taking BOTH to the next level. Sometime this month, Isaac Mizrahi is going to start outfitting brides...

So a couple of stories are cracking me up. The first has to do with a Madam who ran a high-priced escort service and ended up outing some very high-ranking government officials as her customers. She says she's sorry, but her business was perfectly legit. (Uh-huh...) >> Continue reading: The Madam... and the multi-million dollar pants

Swimming from Robben Island to Cape Town

1:46 PM Tue, May 01, 2007 |

0501jo.jpg Braving sharks, waves that can slam you to the sea bed, not to mention powerful currents and cold temperatures, my friend has just swum from Robben Island (the Alcatraz-like island off South Africa where Nelson Mandela was imprisoned) to Cape Town.
