As a child of the 70s.. the TRUE TV-centric generation in my opinion.. I always wished I could take my TV with the family on road trips. I mean, the license plate game gets really lame as you get older. And now it's a reality! We already had DVD-players and video games. Today, DaimlerChrysler announced that its 2008 Chrysler minivans, along with some other models, will have satellite television service. The company is teaming with Sirius Satellite Radio to provide Nickelodeon, Disney Channel and Cartoon Network. The first year of service will be free to minivan purchasers. After that, it'll cost $7 a month for the channels plus a satellite radio fee of $12.95 per month.
