HOUSTON--Three teenagers who were in the wrong place at the wrong time were injured after wild police chase.
It started late Wednesday when a Precinct 7 constable responded to a call about a vehicle blocking the left lane of the Sam Houston Toll Road between Telephone Road and Blackhawk.
