HOUSTON - Police are hoping that the public will help them find a man who assaulted a female relative and her 10-year-old child. Authorities say that Robert Charles Davis was assaulting the woman when her 10-year-old daughter tried to stop him from hitting her mother. The girl was injured in the scuffle. Davis, 53, was charged with injury to a child. He is described as being 6 feet tall and weighs 230 pounds. Police say he has close cropped black hair and brown eyes. "Police say he has close cropped black hair and brown eyes". Does this Mean he is BLACK..I mean come on...Is the man white,black,tan purpple????Why cant the report discolose the race of the wanted.NOW CALLING ALL CARS,, BE ON THE LOOK OUT FOR MAN WITH CROPPED HAIR,,,Give me a break,,lol
