Police say that the suspect fired a shot as soon as the suspect walked into the store. They say that the thief also went behind the counter and demanded money from the female clerk and then fired another round.

The clerk put some cash in a bag and the man took off, said police.

Despite all the shooting, the clerk was not hurt.
