Houston police have arrested two men suspected of committing 23 armed robberies. The serial robbers hit cell phone, video, and convenient stores all within the past 3 months. Jeffrey Dawayne Busby and Andrew Lee Bruner were arrested at a house on Russell in northeast Houston. |
