The boy was living with Donovan Lee Lunford, who was his foster father at the time. Police say that between August 2008 and October 2008, the Lundford allegedly repeatedly touched the boy inappropriately and sexually assaulted him. Lundford is a 29-year-old male. He is 5'8" tall and weighs 200 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes and has been known to wear glasses. His last known address is near the 300 block of Normandy. He is still believed to be in the Houston Area. Crime Stoppers is offering up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest of Donovan Lee Lunford. I THINK THAT IS HORRIBLE,THAT HE WOULD DO THAT TO A CHILD.I HOPE THAT THEY FIND HIM AND LOCK HIM AWAY FOR A LONG TIME.THAT'S NOT RIGHT, HE WAS SAPPOSE TO BE TAKING CARE OF THE BOY NOT DOING THOSE THINGS TO HIM.!!!!! CATCH HIM SOON BEFORE ANOTHER CHILD IS HURT!!!!!!
