After a lengthy investigation, charges of Indecent Exposure were filed on Abelardo D. Salinas on September 9, 2008 and a warrant was issued for his arrest.

Salinas is a 35-year-old man with black hair and dark eyes. He is 5'9' to 5'10" tall.
