Joe Foster, 28, was arrested Monday.

He and 20-year-old Fredrick Douglas are charged in the June 7 robbery of the ACE Check Cashing store at 9539 South Main Street.

Douglas has not been arrested. He's described as being 20-years-old, 5'11" tall and weighs about 175 pounds.

He has black hair done in shoulder-length braids, and brown eyes.
