Purse snatching leaves woman hurt

A Houston area woman is recovering after being shot during a reported purse snatching in Northwest Harris County.

The incident, authorities say, happened at 15638 Liberty Pine.

Investigators say the woman was shot several times.

Her condition is unknown.
