No plea deal for man accused of smoking corpse remains

One of the three men accused of digging up a corpse in Humble and using the skull to smoke pot has rejected a plea deal.

Specifics of the deal weren't released Monday.

Kevin Jones is already in jail for credit card abuse.

Jones will face up to an additional year in jail if he is convicted of abusing a corpse.
