According to reports, the suspects broke into a vehicle in the Fosters Mill Village area and stole the victim's wallet containing his credit card sometime after midnight. Less than an hour later, the two crooks were captured on a Wal-Mart surveillance camera making purchases with the stolen card. The Wal-Mart was located on Highway 59 in Porter. The young suspects are a boy and girl. The boy is about 5'11" to 6'1" tall, 170-180 pounds, with straight collar-length brown hair. He was wearing dark shin-length shorts, a blue tee-shirt with a New Caney High School logo, and white athletic shoes. The girl is about 5'1" to 5'3" tall, with shoulder-length brown hair in a pony tail. She was wearing a dark tee-shirt that read "Class of 2008", with a picture of a mustang on it - identifiable with Kingwood High School. She was also wearing white short-shorts. Crime Stoppers will pay up to $5,000 for information phoned in to the Crime Stoppers 713-222-8477 tips hot line that leads to the identification, arrest and charging of any suspect in this case.
