It was 12:30 in the afternoon when the elderly victim was attacked. According to reports, she was walking along the front sidewalk of the Fiesta Store when a man approached her from behind. He pushed her to the ground, where she sustained minor injuries to her face, arm and elbow. Then, he stole her purse.

The purse snatcher was seen getting into the passenger side of a blue and gold Lincoln Town Car which fled south on South Highway 6. You won't see many of these cars around, so keep an eye out for it. It's an older model blue Lincoln Town Car with gold trim around the bottom. The car did not have a license plate and the driver's side mirror was broken and hanging down the side of the car.

The same Lincoln Town Car was seen in the parking lot of a Liquor Store near the 6200 block of South Highway 6 around the same time the robbery occurred. The owner of the Liquor Store saw two unidentified males in the vehicle. The suspects allegedly attempted to rob another person in the Liquor Store parking lot, but the victim left the scene before the police arrived.

One of the suspects is described as a black male in his early 20's, 5'9" to 5'11" tall with a skinny build. He had a goatee and was wearing a doo-rag at the time of the robbery.
