Accused stalker in court

An accused killer is back behind bars after spending Monday morning in front of a judge.

Police say Charles Bryant followed his ex-girlfriend from Corpus Christi to Houston and shot her to death.

It happened last week in the 7100 block of Woodfern in northwest Houston.

The judge delayed action in the case Monday.

Bryant will be back in court Wednesday.
