Police investigate fatal hit-and-run

Houston police are investigating a fatal hit-and-run accident after a man was found dead in the 4200 block of Southerland.
The man suffered a head injury. He was found around 7:10 a.m.

Police believe the man was struck by a vehicle and was thrown into a nearby ditch by the impact.
There were no known witnesses, and investigators believe the man was there for several hours before he was found.
