Murder suspect jailed after tip

A tip lead police to a man accused of killing the manager of a Houston storage business.

Police say Charles Scott went to the business on the Eastex Freeway to rob it September 7.

What he didn't know was that the manager also lived on the property.

When Jane Lemoine confronted the suspect, he was shot and killed.
