Man shot to death in HEB's parking lot

Just before 10 p.m. Wednesday, a man was shot to death at the in the Gulfgate shopping center's HEB parking lot.

Police said a man shot a suspect who pulled a gun on him, and then he and another man tried to drive off.
They were stopped before they could get out, but the suspect who was shot died.
The other man was arrested.
