Prosecutors said Leon Andrade was attacking his ex-wife when the Rev. William Huang tried to intervene.
The woman was an employee at the Rev. Huang's restaurant.
Andrade, an illegal immigrant, was deported but returned to stalk her.
The Rev. Huang's family said Friday that they're ready to see justice served.
