Do you know a name for this man?

I live in southwest houston close to club creek drive. if feel like i live in a war zone. many nights I have been woken up by gun fire and what is worse those shots are never followed by police sirens. just a few days ago I had a prositute point a gun at my young child and myself while I was washing my laundry (it seems that she was angered by me using the apartment washers) The owner of the apartments and the manager were right there watching the whole thing and did nothing. Once I was able to get my child and myself to safty I called the police. the police were unconcerned and never sent any one to investigate that I know of. To night the incidence happened again and again I called the police once my child and I got to safty and again the police did nothing. The area is so bad that I have seen people smoking what apears to be crack or meth at the bus stop....once even I found a person smoking these substances on my front stoop. Every time I withness these attrocities I notify the apartment manager and the police and not once has anyone done anything to help. I am afraid for my child's and my safty but because I am a single parent it is very hard for me to move. I just do not have the financial resources to live anyplace else. And honestly I should not have to move and I should not have to live in fear, I work, I contribute positively to society, so shouldn't my child and I have the right to live in safty?

I've lived on Forum Park for the past six years. I have seen them come and go it does not make sense for two of my friends to get shot and killed in the same damn apartments in the same damn mannor. They killed Twin in 2005 now his twin brother two years later HPD ain't bout crap they to busy donig the wrong things. The guy who killed the first Twin is still free now his brother. Flavor Flav said it best 911 IS A JOKE . Gun shots ring in the area almost everyday. Woodfair baby the wood ain't fair but the same way with Club creek if you walk to the store you might get robbed ,shot or stabbed. I have neighbors that look out for one another that's the only reason I feel it's safe for my parents. Plus NOTHING is going to go on and I WON'T FIND OUT ABOUT IT I WISH A FOOL WOULD (YES!!) TO JAIL THEY WOULD GO RUNNING . Please give thier mother some help in putting her sons killers under the jail .
