I think that the Baytown Police Department should hear what exactly happen with both the victim and the alleged shooter. Normally cases like this would be investigated alot better than it has been. I feel for the Hernadez family but I also feel the police should find out what really happen that day with BOTH the men. Im Shannon Nichols cousin so I've heard lots of different stories from different people. I think the police should do a better job than there doing before they lock my cousin up and throw away the key. FIND OUT THE WHOLE STORY!!

Nichols is a coward and he deserves to be locked up no matter what the argument was about I hope they LOCK HIM UP & THROW AWAY THE KEY FOREVER! He doesn't deserve anything less than that...
