Taser apparently bounces off chase suspect

A trespassing suspect is in custody after a short chase, but apparently the Taser had bounced off of him.

It happened at Cullen at Airport around midnight.
The officer tried to stop him, but he ran. She managed to get him to stop despite the Taser failure, and he was arrested.
