These allegations about Officer Riggins is very untrue. Here it is a woman trying to ruin his life for unknown reasons. Officer Riggins would never do such a thing because its not in his character. Trust me I know. I want reveal how I Know, but I just do. Here it is a good man trying to live right through all the mahem going on in that district and he was just a target. A target that the North Forest ISD Police Dept. has been trying to hit even before all these problems started with NFISD. I mean you have police officers working with felonies and etc. That dept. was corrupt for a long time and now the truth needs to come out and there are people who will do anything to try and prevent that for happening.Instead of making judgements continue to pray for him and the students that are effected by all the corruption.

I think a prerequisit for working for the North Forest District is that you have to be a scum bag.

Joey Riggins has been a IDIOT for most of his life.It's about time he was busted. Joey is a pervert who likes Golden Showers and braggs about it to women in the district. a female told me once she quit him because she was tired of always urniating on him. he should have never been hired as a Police Officer. Every since i have known him he has been a liability to North Forest. He has done some stupid things during his time with North Forest.He plays drums for churches on sundays with a police t-shirt on .One time he was off duty he went to Oak Village middle school and transported a juvenile in his personal vehicle, to the police department for something they did.(Just Stupid). I am GLAD for him because next time he would have exposed himself to a MINOR. That would have been next if it has not already happened and not been reported.

I'm amazed and disgusted by the almost illiterate nature of folks who have posted responses to this story to this point. If and when these people can begin to put two sentences together which are gramatically correct and clear of spelling irregularities, then they can be taken somewhat seriously. Until then, just another batch of illiterate idiots belching out their own brand of garbage.

This man needs prayer and lot of people have done things that they never thought they'd get caught doing. Truly, this is very sad, however, if there are any praying people out there, help to pray this man back into salvation. Obviously he needs help, and the greatest counseling comes from above.

I think,judgement is reserved for GOD,and that if the allegations are true,then the court will decide the fate of Mr.Riggins. We all need to take a look back,and there may be some things,that we all could have been exposed for. Right is right,and wrong is wrong,allow justice to prevail.

TCLEOSE won't allow felonies, and many misdemeanors past their screening for peace officer license. But they will allow you to take the psych test oer and over.

All I know is that Officer Riggins is an accomplished gospel music drummer who gained the tiltle as "The Pocket Man" because of his locked groove. This seems highly out of his character. I have respected him from his early days on the drums at the Greater New Grove Bapt. Church where he played the drums for the late Rev. Paul Jones even as he played the New Community Church. Let's prayer for the accused and the accuser.

i think that the whole thing is a mistake. I believe that the the lady wanted something and they had a misunderstanding. H e is a very good friend and i relly think it all a mistake. Pray for him and pray for the north forest isd.
