The Houston Police Department released a sketch of a man who shot one man to death and wounded another in Spring Branch on Feb. 17. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male in his early 20s, about 5 feet 2 inches tall and 150 to 170 pounds. He has a shaved head or close cut haircut and speaks English and Spanish. Prisiliano Arizmendez, 47, was shot and killed. The identity of the second victim is not yet known. Arizmendez was leaving a parking lot when the suspect approached him and demanded his wallet. The second victim saw the confrontation as the suspect shot Arizmendez. When the second victim fought with the suspect, he was shot. Both victims were taken to Ben Taub General Hospital in critical condition. The suspect was seen leaving in a blue, older-model, two-door vehicle,
