SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS MOVING THROUGH THE AREA IN THE NEXT FEW HOURS HAVE THE POSSIBILITY OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS, HAIL AND TORNADOES ...Southeast Louisiana has a moderate risk for severe weather tonight into tomorrow with the possibility of severe thunderstorms containing damaging winds, hail and tornadoes. Isolated thunderstorms are possible this Sunday afternoon. Tonight, expect a line of heavy rain and thunderstorms to move through SE Louisiana. This line could also produce severe weather. There are no watches at this time. ...SUNRISE: 6:37am Clouds begin to stream into the area Saturday night into Sunday morning. With these lower level clouds, expect a chance for light rain or drizzle. Sunday afternoon, the winds will pick up, and isolated thunderstorms may develop. However, with this front, we have the possibility of isolated thunderstorms popping up Sunday afternoon, some of them could be strong.
