Great Ghoulish Coolish Weekend

Clearing skies Saturday with low humidity and cooler temperatures. Morning lows in the 50s and afternoon highs in the upper 60s.

For Trick or Treaters, clear skes, cool, and low humidity. Temperatures starting in low 60s and falling into 50s.

Rain chances increase on Friday and Friday late afternoon in advance of a cold front coming. Warm, breezy, and humid with near record highs again. Rain chance 50% for scattered showers or thunderstorms during the afternoon increasing around 5pm to 70%..some may be strong or severe.

One Front after another

Rainfall amounts for Tuesday were about 1/2 inch or less. Skies will become partly cloudy overnight and on Wednesday we will have clouds & sunshine. Cool 50s for lows Wednesday morning and highs a bit warmer around 80.

Another front will approach on Thursday and Friday increasing the chances for showers and thunderstorms. Some on Friday may be strong.

Another Great October Weekend

High pressure will continue to build in for the weekend. Weather should be nice for the Tulane game in Hattisburg and LSU game in Baton Rouge. Game temps at kickoff in the low 60s and temperatures will fall into the 50s during the game.

Nice for the weekend. 40s north of the lake and 50s south of the lake for lows. Highs Saturday in the upper 60s & 74 for Sunday.

Rain chances increase from 30% Thursday morning to 60% mid morning through the afternoon hours. Some downpours are possible and breezy, warm, muggy conditions continue. Lows in the low 70s & Highs in the low 80s.

A slow warm up will take place, but won't last for long as more cooler drier air will return. Still chilly Tuesday morning with 40s north of the lake and 50s south of the lake. Afternoon highs much milder in the upper 70s and a bit more humidity.

Fall Weather all weekend. Breezy conditions will continue through Sunday morning making it feel a bit cooler than actual air temperatures.

A strong cold front will move through early Friday morning bringing much cooler and windy conditions for Friday and weekend. Some severe thunderstorms possible with the front before daybreak.

The 1st front will get close, but not through on Wednesday. It will be across SE Louisiana, but won't pass and stall giving us a 40% chance for a few scattered showers or thunderstorms on Wednesday. Highs will be in the upper 80s to around 90.

The front that moved through late Friday will hang around the coast and keep a 20% chance for a shower or thunderstorm Saturday. It will be not as humid and still warm. Highs will be in the low to mid 80s.

By Sunday, the front will start to move back to the north and increase the chance for showers or thunderstorms. 70% chance for thunderstorms with more humidity and highs in the mid 80s.
