At Midnight, north of the lake temperature around 40 and south of the lake around 48. With still breezy conditions, it will feel colder.

New Year's Evening will have clear skies and breezy conditions. Temperatures after dark will fall from from the 50s to the 40s. Midnight Temperatures north of the lake will be around 39 and south of the lake around 46. With a N/NE wind at 10-18 mph, it will feel cold.

A Dense Fog Advisory is in effect tonight through Saturday morning 9am.

Look for fog to reform after dark Friday evening and could be thick overnight into Saturday morning. Record highs again possible Saturday afternoon in the upper 70s to 80 degrees. Any chance for rain at 10%.

The changes come Sunday. A front is expected around daybreak on Sunday morning. Chance for rain Sunday morning at 50% for showers or thunderstorms....

Dense fog is expected to reform after dark this Wednesday evening. Lows overnight will be in the upper 50s north of the lake and 60s south of the lake.

After morning fog Thursday morning, clouds & sunshine with near record highs around 78. Rain chance on Thursday at 10%.

A Dense Fog Advisory has been issued for Tuesday evening until 9am Wednesday morning. Fog again will reform after dark this evening and continue into Wednesday morning. It will be cool with lows in the upper 50s to low 60s. It will be warmer on Wednesday with mid to upper 70s and clouds & sunshine. Humid conditions and a 20% chance for rain rounds out the forecast for Wednesday.

Yes, there maybe sleet/snow mix with rain overnight. Do not expect any accumulations. The ground is too warm and the air temperatures will be above freezing everywhere. Maybe SW MS there may be some light accumulations. No travel problems expected.

South of the lake in the city, mid 30s are expected with frost. Protect plants, pets, and people in the city. Away from town, a light freeze and frost is possible.

With plenty of sunshine Tuesday afternoon, highs will continue to be on the cool side in the upper 50s.
