Here Comes the Rain Again

Some light fog may be around Thursday morning with upper 50s to low 60s north of the lake and 60s south of the lake. Rain chance 10% for Thursday afternoon with highs in the mid 80s.

Friday's rain chance at 50% chance for scattered showers or thunderstorms..some rain may be heavy. Lows in low 70s and highs in low 80s with breezy conditions.

A nice Tuesday afternoon with plenty of sunshine taking place.

Overnight temperatures will drop into the 50s on both sides of the lake with a few upper 40s north. Warm for Wednesday with highs around 80.

Humidity increases Thursday with a 10% chance for rain and breezy conditions. Lows in the 60s and highs in the mid 80s.

After a wet weekend, nice weather returns for most of the work week, then bad news..rain back for weekend.

A chilly night north of the lake with 40s for lows and nice 50s south of the lake. A light jacket may be needed Tuesday morning. Low humidity again for Tuesday with highs in the upper 70s.

Cool 50s Wednesday morning and around 80 in the afternoon.

What's Jazzfest without a chance for rain?

Should be somewhat ok for Friday. Rain chance 20% for an isolated shower or thunderstorm. Warm and humid and hazy with highs in the mid 80s.

Saturday's rain chance at 40% for a few scattered showers or thunderstorms. 60s with some fog in the morning and low 80s in the afternoon. The humidity will continue to be high.

A summer feel for the next few days.

Rain chances 20% for Wednesday with highs in the mid 80s. Morning lows in the 60s with light fog.

Thursday should be mostly dry, warm, and muggy with low to mid 80s.

Rain chance back to 20% on Friday, warm, and muggy again. Low to mid 80s.

Rain chances increase to 30% on Saturday and 40% on Sunday to 60% Monday morning.

A much different week this week than last week. It will feel more summerlike with chances for afternoon showers or thunderstorms.

Tuesday & Wednesday: 60s for lows and low to mid 80s for highs. Rain chance 20%.

Thursday: 60s in the morning & low 80s in the afternoon.

Frday: 20% with again 60s in morning to low 80s.

Continued nice today, but Friday we have a front approaching with the chance for showers or thunderstorms.

Overnight lows upper 50s north of the lake and 60s south of the lake. Friday morning's rain chances at 30% then increasing in afternoon to 50-60% for scattered showers or thunderstorms through the evening hours. There is a small risk that an isolated severe thunderstorm may develop. Highs Friday will be in the mid 70s....

An Urban Flood Advisory is in effect until 4:30am for St Charles, Jefferson, Orleans, St Tammy parishes and Hancock county. Some places have picked up 2-4" of rain and an additional 2-4" is possible causing street flooding.

After pretty much a rainfree day Thursday, rain chances return.

Some light fog overnight with mild and muggy conditions. Lows around 70.

For Friday, afternoon rain chances at 30% for spotty thunderstorms. It will be warm and breezy too with highs in the low to mid 80s.

Friday night and early Saturday morning rain chances increase to 60% for thunderstorms..some may be strong with a front coming through.
