As the system that provided us with morning rain moves out, expect just a 30% chance of a leftover shower for the remainder of this morning, especially east of the city, then generally only some clouds, mixed with peek-a-boo sunshine, for this afternoon. Much drier air will filter in tonight, clearing out our skies and provding for a cool start, mainly in the 50's, on Wednesday. The much nicer weather won't last for long, though. As a warm front gathers steam just to our south, both clouds and humidity will be on the increase Wednesday, but we should remain rain-free. Wednesday night and Thursday, rain chances will be on the rise again, with a 60% chance of showers and storms returning for the end of the week. A cold front should finally pass Friday into Saturday, leaving us much less humid with sun and comfortable temperatures near 80 for Halloween and Sunday. In the tropics, still all remains quiet. |
