The tropics are a little more active than earlier this month, and we are watching a cluster of thunderstorms in the Northwestern Caribbean sea. There has been some consistent deep convection, and conditions become a little more favorable for development early next week. Nothing is of concern right now, but we'll watch next week as the system moves into the Gulf.
