At 10pm, Edouard stengthens to 60 mph sustained winds located 105 miles south of Lafayette. The storm is moving to the WNW at 8 mph. Landfall is expected at the upper Texas coast or even SW Louisiana is possible.

Tropical Storm warnings continue from Grand Isle westward. The tropical storm warning has been dropped from Grand Isle to the mouth of the River.
